U.S. Wants To Open Embassy In Cuba By April
Although the U.S. wants to open an embassy in Cuba, Cuba will not allow this until they are taken of the U.S.'s list of state sponsors of terrorism. Obama is hoping this will happen by April for the next summit in Panama but this process could take as long as June to be finalized.
